    其實為了同樣原因,我下載了不少本港酒家的餐牌。日子久了才發覺,很多廿幾三十年前的家常菜式都不在列了。印象中有飲食界的前輩講過,因為用料普通,賣不起好價錢,有幾款應酬一下便了。但我這一代(一事無成便花甲了)的家庭主婦,十居八九都不煮了!可惜本地長大的下一兩代,很難嚐到雋永悠長的家鄉真味。
