add tamarind juice to make it a bit sour wow! Yummy!
very nice. can u please name the ingredients
the here very small eals
i don't know about this, you need to get a difference wok or oil it some more or turn down your heat because that black burned surface doesn't add too much good flavor to your your meal not to mention at the end you add those greens which just adds water to the fishy eel and you know fried fish then add water that taste will make you jump off a cliff. i am pretty sure this is not all by design that is why i give my take on this….you lost me with the greens and burned wok
What are those green leaves that were mixed with the other ingredients, the ones picked near the dragon fruit?
From what I am seeing, those ingredients are as follows;
1. Lemongrass Stalks2. Sweet basil3. Red Chili Peppers4. Roasted Peanuts5. A Clove of garlic6. Dried Kafir Lime Leaves7. Tumeric paste8. Vegetable Oil
Please correct me, if I am wrong.
