  1. i don't know about this, you need to get a difference wok or oil it some more or turn down your heat because that black burned surface doesn't add too much good flavor to your your meal not to mention at the end you add those greens which just adds water to the fishy eel and you know fried fish then add water that taste will make you jump off a cliff. i am pretty sure this is not all by design that is why i give my take on this….you lost me with the greens and burned wok

    1. Lemongrass Stalks
    2. Sweet basil
    3. Red Chili Peppers
    4. Roasted Peanuts
    5. A Clove of garlic
    6. Dried Kafir Lime Leaves
    7. Tumeric paste
    8. Vegetable Oil
