Antibiotics and the Digestive System

Antibiotics and the Digestive System

Antibiotics have been a lifesaver for many
of us and for our whole world. But, they’re grossly misused now and they are destroying
our immune system and the good bacteria in our gut. And we have not had the knowledge
to repopulate it with the good bacteria once we have taken antibiotics. So, the biggest
message is, if you have to take an antibiotic, you must repopulate your digestive system
with good probiotics, and not for just a short period of time, for a long period of time.
They have found that a 7-day round of antibiotics in some people could disrupt their microflora
in their digestive system for up to two years.
