Chickpea Vegetable Rich Omelette – Vegan Recipe

Healthy Life Design Presents Vegan Rich Omelette Ingredients: Seasonal Vegetables of your choice + some Champignons 1 tsp Himalayan Salt 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Nutritional Yeast 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder ¼ tsp Garlic Granules ¼ tsp Smoked Sesame ¼ tsp Black Pepper 150 g Firm Tofu 1 bunch of fresh Parsley Leaves 200 g Chickpea Flour 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 250 ml Ripple Milk Chop the Vegetables and the Champignons then dice the Tofu Pour the Chickpea Flour in the bigger Bowl then add: ½ tsp of Salt Baking Soda Nutritional Yeast Garlic Granules Turmeric Powder (Curcuma) Half amount of plant-based Milk and mix it all well Then add the Apple Cider Vinegar and the rest of the Ripple Milk and mix it again The Omelette batter have to be middle dense To fry Vegetables use the Oil of your choice our recommendation is – 3 tbsp Coconut Oil Add the Vegetables and Champignons then add the Black Pepper ½ tsp of Salt Smoked Sesame Tofu and the Smoked Paprika The ingredients for the Rich Omelette are ready Heat up about 2 tbsp Coconut Oil pour enough batter to cover the bottom of the frying pan on the half side pour a bit od the prepared vegetable mixture Wait for about one minute, then turn one side on the another with vegetables turn the whole Omelette and take it out from the frying pan Chop the Parsley Leaves and if you like sprinkle the Omelette with it Crispy bite full of protein!
