FENUGREEK Hair Growth CHALLENGE Update #2 | Natural Hair #Hairgrowth #Naturalhair #HairChallenge

HI, this is ife of ife36tv and today I am
going to give you a second update of our hair challenge. We started the hair challenge on the 28th
of November, we are a little more than a month into the challenge by the time I POST THIS
VIDEO. I HAVE BEEN OBSERVING MANY CHANGES THAT have
been happening with my hair and I hope you share it too. The last time I gave an update, I hope you
also watched that video. I will leave a link in the description box
below. I said that there was very little hair shedding
and hairfall, during my last wash day I realised that there was a little bit more shedding
but still not an extraordinarily outrageous amount of shedding. I was satisfied. I will insert a picture for you to see what
shedding looks after 2 weeks. Because I wash my hair every 2 weeks. I am noticing some new growth along the edges
of my hair I am also noticing that my hair in the front is a lot longer. I had a little bit of breakage on my hairline
from pulling my buns too tightly. Also on the edges there is a little bit of
new growth, looks healthier and baby hairs growing out, sprouting. If you are observing anything new, please
leave your feedback. I have never been particular about baby hairs. It is so exciting to see! The back of my hair, in older videos you can
see the nape of my hairline, there was a lot of breakage. My hair is in plaits so I can’t show you at
the moment. At the back of my hair, I am seeing more length. There is a strip of hair that is usually difficult
to incorporate into my braids or plaits but now I can braid it into the rest of my hair. That’s exciting, right? Also, there is less breakage, which means
that we are taking care of our hair, we’re not being rough, the mixture of the fenugreek
oils and all the other ingredients that we are using work well together to keep our hair
strong. I have to be honest, because of the holiday
season, December was Blehhhhh. I did not apply the oil as much, consistent
in the last week or two. I would usually apply the oil every other
day. and within a week I would apply every 3 to 4 days. I was kinda lazy
in the last week or so but I still see my hair thriving, I continued with scalp massaging. I starting to see slight thickness, it seems
fuller, it is not a drastic fullness, it feels like it has more body. It appears as though it has more volume. Whenever I pull my hair back into a ponytail
it doesn’t usually feel full but it is starting to feel fuller and I suspect that it is the
fenugreek. it is known for thickening hair and hair growth. With the regard to the MSMin the last update
I told you to reduce the amount of MSM used in the mixture if you see or experience any
dryness and I want to tell you that I noticed a little bit of dryness in this last week
or 2 as well. I will be reducing the amount because as some
persons pointed out in the comment section I was using too much, so I reduced it to about
a 1/4 of the MSM. I would encourage you to backup on the amount
of MSM that you’re using so that you don’t experience dryness as well. I am not as consistent with the oil I am still
seeing excellent results. The dryness that I am seeing is more along
the perimeter of my hair but the centre of my hair is staying moisturized, it’s also
winter. I think it has to do wit the dryness of the
air, central heating in my apartment, heat at work so my hair is a little bit drier too. Because of the season that we’re doing this
challenge. It is winter in the apartment, at work, there
is heat on all the time… all the time. I am also consuming moringa. I take moringa powder in my smoothies every
day, for the last few weeks. I haven’t skipped a day, I skipped the oil
but the moringa seems to have caused weight loss in China. The weight loss that I have observed since
taking moringa. The weight loss that I am experiencing is
very noticeable everything is smaller on me. My face looks smaller, and I have a lot of
energy from taking moringa. I have been exercising more, with the extra
energy I am using it for something. I am exercising a lot more than I have in
a long time. It is winter and I am continuing my exercise
routine. Please tell me in the comments below if you
are with me on this. Are you experiencing any of this? Are you going through it? I want to know. I have so much energy, I am doing pull ups,
push ups, bike riding, I climb 8 flights of stairs at work, I am go go go. Like energizer bunny. this moringa gave me
so much energy for lots of things. I am looking forward to hearing from you. I have been receiving lots of messages, let
me know what changes have you seen from using fenugreek oil in your hair and I also want
to know what have you been noticing since you have been taking moringa as well in your
diet. You all love the moringa tea because to me
it doesn’t taste all that. You’ll are drinking up the moringa tea, smashing
in those smoothies. You are having a good time, enjoying the moringa
in your diet. Feel free to leave more comments, I love your
feedback remember to subscribe. Thank you so much for watching and see you
all in the next one. Ciao.

  1. finally I got everything I need to start. it's brewing now.i can't incorporate moringa into my diet because I'm on a weight gain journey so….I'm gonna do #[email protected]#2only. very excited to start thank u @keep up the good work

  2. Once I received my morning powder in late November I started. December was a blur, and I wasn't consist with my usage. However, I did notice that my hair seemed to stay moisturized longer and my hair feels stronger.

  3. It's been about a month for me. Loving my results, my hairline is filling in slowly. My shedding and breakage is now a lot less! December is low for us all, but I've been doing scalp massage daily and using the massager and fingers. My growth this last two weeks did a jump how can I tell, my grey hair is about a half inch!! YES, time to Henna and indigo. I take the Moringa capsules daily and drinking the tea! Think I do a length check on next wash day and really start tracking. Praying I don't have a setback, do to surgery on December 16th, full hysterectomy at 44. Challenges on the way, but I'm ahead of the game with DHT blocker oil DIY of course, and natural herbs supplements for hormones.

  4. Hey Ife I am really enjoying your videos. I just picked up some moringa powder while visiting Kenya and I am looking forward to using it. Did you blow dry your hair before putting it in plaits or did you do it on wet hair?

  5. You know women with PCOS experience male pattern baldness. I was able to bypass male pattern baldness because the medicated shampoo I was using actually cleared dht from my scalp. I find that if you get those testosterone levels down then it reverses male pattern baldness. I got saw palmetto to help lower my levels.

  6. I haven't started yet, but i will be the end of the month, financially stituation, I'm getting everything together!!

  7. im doing my challenge with braids in…its going very well. i see the baby hairs growing as well in my nap area and my hair is sooo soft. i oil my hair every other day.

  8. I didn't use the fenugreek powder in mine due to the smell. I bought moringa oil and added that to my mixture. Drinking moringa tea and adding it to my smoothies daily. I did a length check Wednesday and could not believe I have an inch of new growth since the beginning of December. My goal was 3 inches by June but if I keep this up I think I will reach my goal much sooner.

  9. Fenergree oil- I can't find on my island… so I am using what I have … moringa I have two trees around me so I am drinking the tea and eating the leaves as much as possible. Aka everyday. I am using the oils I have … and I am always wearing braids as a protective style. So I am looking forward to see the results. Will get some twist of my natural hair… 💚💚💚💚

  10. I got the cold- and normal a cold will knock me out!!!! But the moringa allowed me to heal quickly and well

  11. I'm soooo glad I found you last year! (Yes, I subscribed😜) Oil has slowed down shedding, has my hair soft, no itchy scalp and this stuff makes my hands baby soft when applying oil to hair. Appetite has lowered, belly fat going dowwwnn!!! Losing weight, crazy energy.💃🏽 🤸🏾‍♂️I also sleep like a baby now! I'm retaining length. Hair has grown1 inch in 1 month..yeah! Doing moringa smoothie daily. Thanks much Ife❤😍

  12. awaiting updates! I apply every day (I do a water rinse in the morning) I think I am having some extra sprouts along my hairline already! baby hair etc. Could it be?? Only two weeks! Also, the peppermint oil makes it smell so good. will start moringa every day in my smoothies. 🙂

  14. Love Moringa fresh leaves. Fortunately it grows where I live. We put in smooths, salads & stews. 😋😋 have to go back to fenugreek conditioner again. I'm doing Water only method for a month

  16. Hello IFE, I just came across your video and purchased everything for number 3! I went natural 5 years ago but suffer from Alopecia in the top of my head and thinning of my hairline, not to mention my eyebrows have thinned out significantly. This is way cheaper than those shots and shampoos the doctors prescribe so I'm extremely excited.Thank you for sharing!

  17. Hey, thanks for sharing these tips 🌹. Am losing my hairline just like my father so it's genetically. Do you recommend me using this instead of minoxidil or I will be wasting time 😢😢 ?

  18. After I started using fenugreek spritz, it seems that my individual hair strands are thicker… does that make sense?
