in the name of Allah the most merciful the most kind hello friends! today i am sharing recipe of fried fish with you. it will be very delicious. with only few ingredients we dont need to marinate it for hours as well. i have taken 1kg of fish…..choose your favourite one… crushed garlic……1tbsp vinegar….3tbsp now come to the main spices which are usually used in restaurants for fry fish. coriander seeds….3tbsp carom seeds….1tbsp cumin seeds….1tbsp dry fenugreek leaves……1tbsp i will roughly crush all these 4 ingredients in chopper.. roughly crush them….DO NOT make powder.. salt…1tsp usually ,fish is itself salty so we will use less amount of salt red chilli powder….1tsp you can use crushed red chillie flakes for more spicy flavour turmeric powder 1/4 tsp let start the recipe now first of all i will crush all these 4 spices i have crushed them in chopper this is not really in a powder form.. now we will start the marination take a large bowl for mixing spices put all powder spices together add garlic as well we will not use ginger in it..only GARLIC is required. dont try to add garlic paste or garlic powder…. it will not make that specific taste add vinegar first mix these ingredients with a spatula will add some water if needed dont add too much water ,i have added only 2 tbsp of water. add more chilli powder if you like more spicy flavour i havenot used gram flour in it because i dont like that thin layer over fish..but if you want to than add only 1tbsp now put all fish pieces in that paste and mix them together fish has its own flavour,dont use too much spices they vanish the fish flavour its done….as you can see small amount of spices are sufficient for 1kg fish,i think more than 1 kg indeed no need to leave it for hours to marinate,but you can store it in fridge for few days as well. i have placed a pan with cooking oil on stove,on medium flame oil is very hot now i will start frying fish pieces one by one. fry fish for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. oil should be very hot. fish is fried completely, it has turned golden from all sides and fully cooked from inside. fry fish is ready to be served serve it with tamarind or mint sauce ,yogurt may be … it tastes good with bread, boiled rice or as it is. its very quick and very tasty recipe do tell me in the comments section that how you find this recipe thanks for watching bye-bye.
