Katla fish milk curry / Doodh katla 4 pieces of Katla fish (lightly fried with salt & turmeric powder) ½ cup milk 1 big chopped onion ½ tsp turmeric powder ½ Kashmiri red chili powder ½ tsp salt ½ tsp sugar 4 sleeted green chilies ½ tsp ginger paste Garam masala paste (2 green cardamoms + 2 cloves + 1 small cinnamon sticks+ little water) ½ tsp ghee Heat 2 tbsp mustard oil Add chopped onion Add 1 large bay leaf Sauté on medium flame till golden brown colour Now add 2 green chilies, ginger paste, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili powder, salt, sugar Add little water Keep stirring If oil spills out; flame on simmer and add milk add water Now flame on high If it started boiling, add lightly fried fish pieces. Cover it on medium flame If gravy is little thick; add ghee, remaining green chilies, garam masala paste Mix all together Serve it with steamed rice / plain pulao/ zeera rice. please like / share / comment & subscribe my channel
