Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York
City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make some tuna
salad. Kids love finger food. I just have a couple of pieces of celery here. Also for
you acting diet people and you are watching your carbs, no bread in this one. Real healthy.
Take a celery stalk and give it a slice. All right you can cut this one even though it
is a little smaller. What you want to do is take some of the tuna and just fill it right
in. Just use a nice amount and you will be surprised. The kids will come running for
these. These are really healthy, really fun and really fast and just put on a plate like
so.l Just serve it like this and you know the kids are eating something healthy which
is always good. And with that said I’ll put a couple of these on. What I’ll do is just
put them out on the table something like that. Usually add a couple of cherry tomatoes. Kids
love cherry tomatoes and they are so good for you. So I would serve them something like
this. If I could open up the thing I would be all right. Something like that and simple.
Keep it simple stupid kids. My uncle used to tell me that. Keep it simple stupid. Kids
will love this and if you are health conscious people, it is a great way to have a snack.
