I had to use tomato soup with a little water instead of the fresh tomatos. Added a bit of minced garlic as well. This turned out excellent served over white rice.
I am going camping and fishing with my children for stripe bass. I am bringing along a cast iron Dutch Oven along with your ingredients. I will l you know the results. Although i like the cookung procedure… Striped bass need to be 28" (2016) from Massachusetts waters .anything less is illegal and subject to very stiff fines. The striped bass population has been over fished. Efforts are in place to bolster this species. Personally, i applaud the Environmental Police for their efforts to monitor illegal fishing practices…including poaching, lack of mandatory fishing licenses, exceeding daily creel catch, broadcasting hatchery food in public fishing areas, use of more than two hooks simultaneously, use of illegal baits(such as herring from spring migration areas)

if i marinate the fish 4 or 5 hours is it good or not??

I will bake a sea bass tomorrow with just the tomato onion salt pepper O.O. & omit the lemon pepper w/c I will use to bake chicken.

I just made this without the tomatoes and lemon and it was so good. Oh and I put it on trout and left it in the oven for 15 mins. Tysm for this recipe!
