Ray Fish Scramble Ingredients required to make Ray Fish Scramble Ray Fish, Chopped Onions, Cloves, Cinnamon, Spring Onions Ginger-Garlic Paste, Green Chilli, Cumin Seeds, Dry Bengal Gram, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Leaves, Turmeric Powder & Oil Let’s see how to cook Ray Fish Scramble To cook the Ray Fish, you’ll need to use a layer of dry hay or grass Take a cooking pan with a layer of dry grass and add water Now, place the ray fish pieces over the grass Close the lid The grass is used to avoid the fish breaking off and mixing into the water Cook for 5 minutes Keep the cooked fish aside Now, peel the skin off the fish pieces Add chopped onions and mix it with the fish Add 2 spoons of ginger-garlic paste and mix it Add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt for taste Add some red chilli powder, as per your taste Add chopped green chillies Now, add the spring onions Take a pan and heat some oil in it Add a few cinnamon sticks Also, add a few cloves Add some dry bengal gram Add some cumin seeds Once the oil hot, add the mixed fish into the pan Keep stirring the fish till it’s cooked Add a few coriander leaves Grind some coriander seeds, cinnamon, cloves and cumin seeds into a powder Sprinkle this powder onto the fish scramble Take the fish scramble in a bowl and it’s ready to serve!
