ألفريدو فيتوتشيني نباتية كوب ونصف من الكاجو النيء والمنقوع مسبقًا ملعقة كبيرة من عصير الليمون ملعقة صغيرة من خل التفاح كوب ماء اخلطوها حتى يصبح مزيج ناعم ملعتقتان كبيرتان من زيت الزيتون كوب بصل مفروم شوحوه على نار متوسطة لمدة دقيقتان حتى يلين أربع أكواب من شرائح المشروم الأبيض كوبان من شرائح مشروم بورتوبيلو شوحوه لمدة 5 دقائق تقريبًا 4 فصوص ثوم مفرومة نصف ملعقة صغيرة ملح نصف ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود شوحوه لمدة 4 دقائق نصف كوب نبيذ أبيض (تستطيعون وضع القليل من الماء عوضًا عن ذلك) اتركوه على نار هادئة لسبع دقائق تقريبًا ومن ثم ارفعوا درجة الحرارة لمتوسطة ملعقة صغيرة من البقدونس المجفف ملعقتان كبيرتان من الريحان المفروم أربع أكواب من السبانخ قلبوا حتى تذبل السبانخ اضيفوا كريمة الكاجو كوب من مرق الخضار قلبوه ومن ثم دعوه لمدة 4 دقائق تقريبًا 400 جرام من معكرونة الفيتوتشيني. استخدمت هنا معكرونة الأرز البني. حركوه جيدًا ومن ثم غطوا القدر لمدة 3 دقائق تقريبًا

  1. Made this recipe today with a few adjustments (had to cook with the stuff I already had in my pantry) replaced the cashew cream with soy cream, added some mustard and used rosemary instead of parsley. Was really tasty! Even my dad liked it who normally only likes food with meat.

  2. i just made this sauce but w/out cashews(too expensive). i just used the spices but no white wine since i dont have any. i used coconut flour to thicken and almond milk as a base..the bomb sauce thanx!

  3. This is so irrelevant to this video, but I saw how u added the white wine and made me wanna share how I cook my veggies! I sautéed them until the start to stick, add water, and repeat until cooked! Then I add teriyaki sauce. So good omgggg. U guys should try

  6. OMG. Just made this and now waddling around with 2+ servings in my belly. My mind is blown about how good this is. Added extra onion, garlic, basil, and parsley as well..plus a tiny drizzle of truffle oil and nutritional yeast + pepper at the end. You guys are amazing!

  7. Just made this pasta sauce for dinner! 10/10 would recommend. One thing, I enjoy the acidity from the lemon and followed the 1tbs measurement but I def think it could've done with more just taste as you blend! Super delicious, non vegans wouldn't be able to tell the difference!

  20. This recipe is so delicious! I gave it to my family and they were impressed it was vegan. The sauce is creamy and all together is so tasty! I didn’t add the white wine or the vegetable stock, I added water when I was sautéing the mushrooms and i didn’t find the need to add more liquids. It still tasted really good.

  24. Outstanding recipe. I added unsweetened soy milk instead of the water when blending the cashews (for a more creamier sauce) also I added a little bit of garlic and onion powder to the blender.

I didn’t use white wine because i’ve never used it before and I was afraid I might not like it but it was amazing without it!   30. Very good! I made this for my mom who usually is disgusted by vegan food and she literally was scraping her plate clean with her fork! I recommend adding a little extra stock or not cooking the sauce too long because my sauce was suuuuper thick and made it difficult to eat because of how rich it was. Other than that, flavor was amazing !! Definitely making this again!

  31. *not a vegan* but this was Delicious! i love trying out vegan dishes. I made this and didn't tell my family that wasn't "regular" fettuccine alfredo and they were totally surprised. My dad was scraping the sauce off his plate and eating more lol. They want to use this instead of milk alfredo now says it's healthier. Bottom line is this is really good. I did cook in some cilantro, green onion, and red pepper flakes.
